Jason Christoff

Jason started Physical Limits Fitness in 1994 at the age of 24. He has written over 1000 health articles, with hundreds appearing in many newspapers across Canada. Jason has been interviewed recently by several US radio stations regarding his principles on healthy living. Jason was also invited to speak on health topics on The CBS Morning Show and also appeared briefly on the Dr. Phil Show featuring fitness trainers from across North America. Jason is currently writing a book tabulating the steps that he used to lead a healthy and addiction free life. Jason specializes in exercise coaching, functional stretching, self sabotage, healthy living principles, overcoming addiction, weight loss, healing while facing a health crisis and small business start up consulting. Jason believes that health is about developing habits based in self love and self respect, as a way to propel one through life in a successful way.


Brittany Cousins

Brittany fell in love with living an active and healthy lifestyle in her mid 20’s and since then has been encouraging others around her to make positive changes in their own lives in order to help achieve personal fulfillment. Brittany thrives off of witnessing success of her clients and is continuously trying to put smiles on members’ faces. She is presently completing her Personal Training Specialist certification through CanFitPro and looks forward to working one-on-one with you to push you out of your comfort zone and reach your full fitness potential.

Sean McCormick

Sean has been working as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Diet Specialist and Personal Trainer at Physical Limits since the beginning of 2014. Sean was motivated to join the CHANGE COACH TEAM at Physical Limits so he could help people achieve their fitness goals after CHANGE COACH Jason Christoff introduced him to the CHEK Institute in Vista California. Sean has used his new found knowledge to turn his own life around and lead by example for everyone around him. Sean has struggled with his personal health in the past and relates very well to what clients are going through during their personal health journeys. Sean believes that exercise and diet should be enjoyable, if not, the client will have a hard time sticking to the plan. Sean likes to make fitness and health fun for all his clients. Sean specializes in weight loss coaching, functional exercise, as well as postural corrective exercise for pain reduction. Marty Yshikawa

Marty Yshikawa has been helping people towards their fitness goals since 2010, and taught personal trainers at the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College as a canfitpro PRO TRAINER. Marty has first-hand experience in the form of a personal transformation when he decided to take control of his health the day he turned 30. A weight loss of nearly 90lbs and 18 inches off his waistline resulted in propelling him into the fitness industry with a keen interest in helping others live healthier, happier lives!

Marty, the former overweight, smoking, sedentary I.T. technician is now best known for his passion for exercise, attention to proper form and movement, and educating his clients on proper technique, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. As part of the CHANGE COACH team at Physical Limits, Marty seeks to help his clients strive for a healthy, pain-free future!

Sharon Sauve

Sharon has been a fitness enthusiast from a young age and loves to share her passion for fitness and health with her clients. She is energetic, enthusiastic, friendly and puts her heart and soul into training and teaching. Helping clients achieve and maintain their fitness goals is a priority and Sharon is always willing to help when a client needs that special push or extra effort. Sharon offers one on one personalized diet consultations and training programs tailored for an individual’s specific needs and goals. Sharon first came to the club as a client and took her life back under control, in short order and in a very decisive way. Losing nearly 35lbs several years ago, Sharon’s health has only jetted skyward since her decision to dedicate herself to healthy living on a daily basis. Sharon has now pledged herself to helping others on their journey to better health and is now a proud member of the elite group of CHANGE COACHES, working out of Physical Limits Health and Fitness. Sharon also excels as a GROUP FITNESS SPECIALIST inside our GROUP CORE and GROUP POWER PROGRAMS.


Jennifer Christoff

As a CHANGE COACH at Physical Limits Health and Fitness, club owner Jennifer Christoff takes extreme pride in helping each client achieve their health related goals as quickly as possible. Jennifer specializes in results based efficiency, utilizing exact diets and exercise routines, to ensure a client achieves their health related goals in the shortest times possible. Jennifer is famous for her easy to follow diet structures and her energy building exercise plans. Jennifer’s workouts are fun and her diet plans are easy to follow. Jennifer has been COACHING Cornwall and area about healthy living for over two decades. Mari McDonell

Mari has been head of The Revolution Weight Loss Clinic for 11 years and with that, has shown the immense dedication to her clients that she’s famous for. The Revolution Weight Loss Clinic specializes in rapid weight loss, in the range of 12-128lbs per month, on average. Clients only invest in what they need to lose, as Revolution offers 30, 50, 100 and over 200lb weight loss options. Mari is director of all clinic operations and offers her unique style of coaching once per week to each client in the program, providing the one on one support each client needs to lose the weight. Once a client has achieved their weight loss goal, Mari is charged with the responsibility to see each client for as many months as it takes for them to follow through on their program commitment, to maintain their new healthy lifestyle. Mari understands the journey her weight loss clients are on and has walked that path with over 1000 clients in her role as weight loss director at The Revolution Weight Loss Clinic. Shelley Harding

Shelly Harding, the once whiskey drinking, Dairy Queen loving, ex military woman who decided to CHANGE her life. Shelly began her growth to better health with a Personal Training Certificate through Active Fitness in England. Since that time she’s taken courses such as Agastu Lower Body and Joint Movement and a Tribe Team Training Certification. Shelly shines through with her dedication to healthy living, as she sticks to her healthy living regime regardless of holiday, peer pressure or her daily emotional status. Shelly is healthy and nothing stands in her way. This is the true spirit of a CHANGE COACH. Shelly has a passion for coaching clients to reach fat loss goals by creating healthy meal plans tailored to a client’s preference in food choices. To help her clients achieve this, Shelly herself has spent the last 12 months CHANGING herself and working with a Nutrition Coach out of Florida.
